How Trupanion Direct Billing Works

It's Simple

1. Your pet receives care
Our veterinary team provides the care your pet needs and prepares your invoice.

2. We submit your claim to Trupanion
With VetDirect Pay, we can submit the claim directly to Trupanion from our hospital.

3. Trupanion pays its eligible portion directly to us
Once your claim is processed, Trupanion can pay its covered portion directly to Bridge Street.

4. You pay your portion
You pay any applicable deductible, co-insurance, non-covered services and other amounts not covered by your policy.
